Summary: This interactive online tool was used to engage the the Spanish speaking public as a way to increase and diversify stakeholder involvement in shaping the Texas Transportation Plan 2040. After presented with investment scenarios, and asked about concerns and priorities, users had the opportunity to create a proposed annual budget and forecast statewide transportation performance.
