Summary: WSDOT shows readers just how much bang for the taxpayer buck it is in the process of getting for rail projects throughout western Washington. The Gray Notebook tracks the progress of 20 federally funded rail projects via an interactive map that not only shows the reader of the locations of and progress made on each project, but provides readers links to project websites for more information as well.
