Summary: This project won an honorable mention in the 2012 John and Jane Public Competition. From TRB Committee ADA 60: Florida Department of Transportation created the Legislative Briefing Documents in 2010 with the goal of informing Florida’s Legislators about the major transportation investments in their respective districts. The project originally started as a document for just one legislator, but became so popular because of its effectiveness, that an individual and unique Legislative Briefing Document is now made for each of Florida’s 40 Senators and 120 Representatives on an annual basis.
