The Indiana DOT produces an e-newsletter that is dristrubuted monthly to all employees. Disappointed with readership levels, staff decided to implement several changes to increase traffic (e.g. employee features, larger images, and more creative headlines) and relay important information to employees. Early results show that readership levels have improved since the new newsletter has been disseminated.
